Day 37... Ouchy

So, I was completely sore this morning, getting out of bed. Yesterday's workouts totally kicked my ass. I did today's 55 minute insane workout anyway though. Can't remember what the heck it was called, but it also kicked my ass. Holy crap! I didn't think a workout could possibly be any harder than the ones we were doing before... but these ARE!

I confirmed my suspicion yesterday about the NuvaRing. Apparently weight gain is one of the top reasons why women discontinue using it. It is in the top 5 side effects list. Boooooo. Well, I will have to either go back to the pill, or find another method. I have to keep the hormones though because without them, I am literally sick for a week every month. Anyway, this is probably TMI, but I think it's mainly girls and family reading this anyway. Besides, I feel like my being totally candid and frank would be appreciated... maybe? (giggle)

The muscles in my back are most sore today. Not like a back injury soreness, but like a WOW! I GOT A SERIOUS WORKOUT ON MY BACK/CORE MUSCLES!! kind of soreness. Feels great!! I've gotta say, I am a bit nervous about tomorrow's workout. They seem to get harder and harder so far this week. I am a badass however, so I most certainly will conquer this insanity.
