When I started working out today I was stressed to the max. My whole body felt tense and tight. I couldn't even think straight! My Philosphy class is kicking my ass! I did a test, wrote a paper, read 300 pages worth of philosophy material, wrote 40 times on a discussion board about deep philosophical questions and did a 50 page study guide. I could barely get up much less think about diving back into what was next. So I took all of that stress into my workout program today and feel like a million dollars coming out. When I wanted to push forward I just imagined I was moving through any blocks I had. It was all about achieving Excellence.
So coming out today I am dripping with sweat and feel refreshed and renewed - ready to take on my meeting today with Frito Lay today and to inspire them to see how I can contribute to them.
