Well I am FINALLY starting to get my strength back. It is amazing how fast you can loose it! I feel so great so in integrity with myself for exercising today. I see that taking on being in shape is something that you do every day and take it one day at a time. Otherwise if there is no possibility around it it becomes just another thing to do and work.
Since I have been on the computer and sitting down so much with rading stuff for my Philosophy class and doing online networking for my OWN show for Oprah submission, I really am enjoying the feeling of circulation in my body.
Now that I have my exercising daily in order, now it is time to once again get the rhythm going with my diet. I have been having a difficult time breaking the pattern of not being on a schedule with my eating habits. It is so easy when I am working on photoshoots because the structure is built in - but this is just another example of my game around losing weight. Have all structures in place, don't be rebellious and follow my own formula and I will win.
