WORKOUTS FOR THE MONTH OF JULY

Just wanted to let you know that as we move through different cycles - I want to recommend that you mix up your workouts otherwise your exercises get BORING! This is why I have searched out all of the best videos that you can do at home that I think are the best of the best.

This month the exercises are more yin - which will bring out a more feminine receptive side of you. This month is all about moving the hips and core, creating fluidity and being receptive to our emotions. You will want to drink alot of water this month and go swimming as much as possible. If you do not have access to a pool below are some programs I recommend for the month. You gotta mix it up if you want to meet your targeted goals - keep it fresh and fun. So once you have set up your goals and intentions for the next 4 weeks here are some ideas to explore as you bring out the Goddess in you!

I recommend several different types of movement to accomplish this.

The first week I recommend: Shiva Rheas video where she is near the ocean doing vinyasa flow yoga.Yoga Shakti is the name of the video

The second week I recommend: The Goddess videos by Dolphina which I have uploaded onto this site. For a deeper more intro. Great stretching and basic belly dancing movements to really start developing flow in your body.

The third week I recommend: Yoga Booty Ballet turns up the heat and combines spiritual undertones with dance for heating up the body

The fourth week I recommend: Gabriel Roth's 5 Rhythmns trance dance video - this series helps you set your feminine spirit free

I will also upload two other videos that are AMAZING on is the 5 Rhythms videos from Gabriel Roth which a trance dancing video. It is absolutely amazing how in touch with your body and the movement of it with this video.

Also I will add a Yoga Booty ballet video. These videos combine together Kundalini Yoga with Dance.

I have uploaded each of these series from youtube so that you have immediate access. Have fun and don't forget to blog each day! It will really make a difference for you and the rest of our community!
